I think you misread or misunderstood the intent of the blog post. There was nothing stated relative to the quality of product or customer service of the Premier Massage Chairs, only that the calf and foot massager was being patent infringed. I have actually invited the president of Premier Health Products to write a response to my blog post so that he can offer his side of the law suit. I am awaiting his response.
